User Data Deletion

At UB Cleaning, you are in control of your personal data. You can delete your UB Cleaning account and the personal information we hold about you at any time, either directly from within the app or by contacting us. This page explains both ways to make a request and what happens next.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way to delete your account and data is from inside the UB Cleaning app:

If you cannot access the app, you can still ask us to delete your data by email, as described in the next section.

2. Request Deletion by Email

To request deletion of your personal data by email, please write to privacy@ubcleaning.mn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In your message, please include:

• Your full name;
• The phone number registered to your account;
• The email address registered to your account;
• A short statement confirming that you want your account and personal data deleted.

We ask for these details only so that we can locate your records and confirm the request is genuinely yours. Please do not send us more information than we ask for.

3. What We Will Delete

Once we have verified your request, we will delete the following from our systems and ask our service providers to do the same:

• Your account and login credentials;
• Your name, phone number, and email address;
• Your booking history and the details of your past cleanings;
• Service addresses and any access notes linked to your bookings;
• Messages and correspondence linked to your account;
• Preferences, notes, and any other data tied to your account.

4. What We May Need to Keep

In some cases we may need to retain a limited amount of information, even after a deletion request, where we have a lawful basis to do so. This may include:

• Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes;
• Information necessary to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements;
• Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you personally.

Where we keep anything, we keep only what is necessary and for no longer than required, and we will tell you if this applies to your request.

5. Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it (or sooner where the request is made from the app). We will send you a confirmation once your account and personal data have been deleted.

6. Your Other Rights

Deleting your data is not the only right you have. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, correct anything that is inaccurate, or object to how we use it. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
