About a booking

If your enquiry is about a booking, please include the following so we can help you faster:

The name the booking was made under;
The date and time of the booking;
The service address;
The phone number or email address you used to book.

Account and privacy

If your question concerns how we handle your personal data, please put "Privacy" in the subject line of your email so that we can prioritize it. You can read our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, or find out how to delete your account and data.

You can also delete your account yourself at any time from the app: open the Menu page and tap "Delete Account". See User Data Deletion for details.
